Hi, I'm Karen Cerezo . . .

Board-Certified Health Coach, Certified Personal Trainer, and Menopause Wellness Expert.

I specialize in helping women in midlife feel strong, confident, and back in control of their health as they navigate the hormonal shifts of perimenopause and menopause.

I’ve spent the last 10+ years coaching women 45+ through one of the most misunderstood and under-supported seasons of life—blending evidence-based strategies with real-world experience to create practical, personalized plans that actually work.

But this isn’t just professional for me—it’s personal.
After going through my own struggles with hormonal changes, weight gain, exhaustion, and the mental fog that no one really warns you about, I knew there had to be a better way. That experience changed everything about how I coach, teach, and support other women.

I now guide women through:
