Nobody warned me about perimenopause. Not my doctor, not my mom, not a single person in my life. I was a confident, capable woman and suddenly I felt like I was falling apart and had no idea why.
That experience became my mission. I now speak to organizations, leadership teams, and women's events about what happens when we stop treating menopause like a secret and start treating it like the workplace and culture conversation it actually is.
