I know!! I was shocked too when I started my menopause research and I kept being led back to the topic of gut health as a way of combating so many of the midlife/perimenopause symptoms. During the first 7 days to Improved Gut Health, you’ll devote attention to your digestive system, getting a sense of what lifestyle adjustments may help your gut flourish by tracking your food, mood, fiber, water, and your body’s response to your current diet.
