A ladies only workout not only ensures you are getting in a little social time with girlfriends but also allows for "female friendly" exercises, giving you the chance to see amazing results including fat loss, a decrease in inches and an increased in fitness level, tone and strength, as well as improving your posture, core, pelvic floor strength, and overall confidence . . . and most importantly – making friends and having fun while you’re doing it!
Sessions are designed around natural surroundings such as hills, pathways, steps and benches to incorporate a variety of exercises, including jogging, squats, sit ups, lunges, dips, core strengthening and fun games.
Sometimes equipment is included in a session to spice things up a bit, which can be anything from sandbells, battle ropes, resistance bands, aerobic steps, jump ropes, heavy fitness balls, agility hurdles and so much more!
