After 40 your body begins to change and so should your workouts. What worked for you in your 20s and 30s is not going to be as effective in your 40s, 50s, 60s and beyond.

This does not mean you are down and out - this just simply means we need to make a few tweaks to make a bigger impact.

These workouts are designed with women's health, fitness, and aging needs in mind. My goal is to help you maintain independence and a high quality of life as you age.

As a midlife woman myself, I get it! I know what goals you want to achieve, I know how hard it can be to work towards them, I understand about those stubborn problem areas, I know you don't have a lot of time to dedicate to yourself, and I also know that to make working out a habit, you've got to enjoy what you are doing.
I promise, fitness can be fun and you can achieve results as you get older!
My goal is to create workouts that challenge you, leaving you feeling strong and accomplished not defeated and frustrated.

Workouts are designed with safety in mind making sure to keep you injury free. All workouts come with a variety of modifications or adjustments for every fitness level and every stage of midlife in mind.

I know you're wondering   .  . . so what all is included in my monthly fee?

Sometimes equipment is included in a session to spice things up a bit, which can be anything from sandbells, battle ropes, resistance bands, aerobic steps, jump ropes, heavy fitness balls, agility hurdles and so much more!
So if you’re a bit bored of the monotony of the treadmill or local gym and are looking to switch it up this is the perfect time to sign up! Classes are small, the weather is beautiful, and staying health is a top priority for everyone!!
Listen sis, you know that as you get older you begin to lose muscle mass at a higher rate - staying active and moving your body daily can help you maintain your strength and also help you rebuild it.
Muscles also burn more calories than fat, even at rest, which will offset a slowing metabolism. Exercise helps stop, delay, and sometimes improve serious illnesses like heart disease, high blood pressure, diabetes, stroke, Alzheimer's disease, arthritis, and osteoporosis. It can help your brain stay sharp and keep you from falling into a funk.
