That’s where I come in.

I bring over a decade of experience helping women 45+ navigate the physical and hormonal shifts that come with midlife. With advanced training in behavior change, women’s health, nutrition, and senior fitness, I don’t just hand you a workout—I help you rebuild trust with your body and create sustainable results that actually last.

This program isn’t just about weight loss (though that happens). It’s about building strength, increasing energy, protecting your bones and muscle, and feeling like you again—without crash diets or hours of cardio.

We work with your body, not against it. And everything we do is rooted in science, compassion, and real-life strategy—because I’ve been where you are.

I created this program after hitting a wall at 45, when my own body no longer responded to the old “eat less, move more” approach. Since then, I’ve helped dozens of women get strong, stay healthy, and show up fully for the second (and best) half of life.
