Menopause-related cognitive decline happens to women in their 40s and 50s, women in the prime of life who suddenly feel like they've had the rug pulled out from under them.

The dangers of brain fog go well beyond remembering where you set your phone or why you walked into a particular room.

Brain fog is one of the most frustrating menopausal symptoms because it presents itself in a variety of ways.

For some women, brain fog feels like an inability to concentrate, even on a simple task.

For other women, fuzzy thinking and difficulty remembering basic information can be a struggle. Brain fog can make it difficult to push through the work day

But the good news is there are things you can do to help. 

Feeling confident starts from the inside. And the best place to start is learning what to expect, why, and what you can do to improve your overall health and wellness.
