In our 20s we spent most of our time trying to figure out life.  Our 30s were dedicated to soccer games, birthday parties, classroom field trips, and organizing playdates.  But in our 40s and beyond, well that’s about US!!  

As your personal health coach my #1 goal is to help you make this season your absolute best season. 

I want to help empower YOU to make truly life-altering behavior changes that will improve your overall health and well-being, to better self manage chronic health behaviors, to reduce stress, improve sleep quality, educate you about the menopause transition, and and make you feel absolutely amazing!  

I will work with you as YOU identify your own personal strengths and your motivations for change, collaborating together to create actionable steps that will help you determine how to reach your goals.

My 90 Day Private Coaching Program is all about the whole person!!  My goal is to help you navigate barriers and obstacles by working together to put some problem-solving skills and coping strategies into place to help you overcome and manage setbacks, become a self manager, and maintain ongoing healthy habits that fit in any lifestyle.  My program works with the whole individual - from nutrition to movement, to sleep, stress management, mindset, and personal growth.  

Looking for a shorter coaching commitment?  My 30 Day 1:1 Private Coaching program is the tool you need to help you get back on track with whatever you are currently struggling with.   Together we will focus on one element:  nutrition, fitness, sleep, stress, mindset, personal/professional growth, goal setting, or relationships.

In addition to 1:1 coaching options, I do offer small group coaching with two signature programs created specifically for women over 40. 

Fit Over 40 Health and Wellness Challenge is a four week program that not only offers 1:1 coaching, but enompasses the whole individual. 

But the crown jewel - my greatest passion - my 7 week small group coaching course,  Thriving In Midlife: How to Navigate  Perimenopause and Beyond, is designed specifically for women struggling with tackling this new season alone.  During our 7 weeks together we are going to navigate the unknown . . . perimenopause and beyond!! Through mindset, movement, nutrition, and education I'm going to help you not just survive perimenopause, I'm going to help you THRIVE!

My signature 7 week coaching course is specially designed to help women struggling with perimenopause and menopause regain a their power through education. 

What I've learned through my extensive research on the subject is us not taking about "the change" leads to a lot of fear, incorrect information, and feeling of defeat when it comes to living our best life during menopause.  

It's important as woman we understand what is going in with our  bodies during midlife.  We need to know:

  • how to handle the never ending list of symptoms,

  • what questions to ask our doctors, and

  • how to find relief!

Fit Over 40 Health and Wellness Challenge 

Covering the four main pillars of Woman’s Health and Wellness over 40 - nutrition, fitness, mental health (including quality sleep and stress reduction), and sexual wellness.

  • Learn how your metabolism changes after 40 and what YOU can do to keep it working at optimal levels 

  • Learn how your hormones affect your nutrition, weight, sleep, stress, emotions, and cravings

  • Learn how your fitness program needs to evolve after 40 

  • Learn how your nutrition needs to change to help prevent bone loss, muscle loss, osteoporosis, and unnecessary weight gain 

What’s included: 

  • 4 weeks of accountability

  • 4 weeks of 30 min fitness routines that include cardio, strength training, flexibility and balance training (*you can use your own program if you have one in place) 

  • 4 weeks of meal plans w/recipes and shopping lists (I’ll provide a general meal plan that you can tweek according to you and your families dietary preferences and overall nutritional needs) 

  • Daily Tips related to staying healthy after 40

  •  A closed Facebook group to walk your through the entire 4 weeks together 

  • Weekly check ins via email 

  • 1:1 health coaching and goal setting by a certified Health a Wellness Coach via Zoom 

My goal for our four weeks together is to help you improve your “whole person” through movement, proper nutrition, and knowledge.  As a certified personal trainer,  certified sports nutrition coach, and a certified Health and Wellness coach, I am able to provide a holistic program to include the whole individual.  

This program encompasses it all, including mind, body, and spirit.   During our four weeks together we are going to focus on topics related to mental health, physical health, gut health, sleep health, relationship health, and social health.  

What I expect from YOU: 

  • To commit to participating for all four weeks  

  • To commit to making your nutrition a top priority 

  • To commit to move our body every day for a minimum of 30 min a day 

  • To check into the Facebook group daily - comment, share, vent, ask questions 

  • To send me your weekly updates (which may including weight/measurements/progress pictures, food logs)
