After 40 your body begins to change and so should your workouts. What worked for you in your 20s and 30s is not going to be as effective in your 40s, 50s, 60s and beyond.
This does not mean you are down and out - this just means we need to make a few tweaks to make a big impact.
These workouts are designed with women's health, fitness, and aging needs in mind. My goal is to help you maintain independence and a high quality of life as you age.
As a midlife woman myself, I get it! I know what goals you want to achieve, I know how hard it can be to work towards them, I understand about those stubborn problem areas, I know you don't have a lot of time to dedicate to yourself, and I also know that to make working out a habit, you've got to enjoy what you are doing. I promise, fitness can be fun and you can achieve results as you get older!
My goal is to create workouts that challenge you, leaving you feeling strong and accomplished not defeated and frustrated.
